About Artist Marrie E. Hadfield
Marrie E.Hadfield, a professional classical ballet dancer and teacher for over 30 years, gives her performance experience; her artistic intuition; and her spiritual concept into crafting each piece for Endless Knot Creations.
Marrie has been creative her whole life. While earning her Master of Fine Arts in Classical Ballet Performance, her very first job was in a bead and macramé store in Old Town, San Diego, CA. It is here where she learned the basics in beaded jewelry and continued to master this craft into her artform.
Having retired as a professional ballet dancer and teacher, Marrie continues to express her passion through her creations of Mala Prayer Beads, Tree of Life Pendents, Charms and Bookmarks. Inspiration for her art comes from the line and flow, the drama and movement, the light and poses, found in ballet choreography. The discipline of the ballet art carries over into Marrie’s attention to detail, the quality of the materials, and the whole fervent process of constructing each item.
After living in Drexel Hill, PA; San Diego, CA; Salt Lake City, UT; and Providence, RI; and touring throughout the country with Ballet West, Marrie now makes her home in Bucks County, PA.
